das offene werk ist geschlossen, das geschlossene werk ist offen. mein schatten strahlt im lichte. ich lebe meinen schatten und erstrahle im lichte. verhüllt, ausgeblendet und verschleiert verschwindet das sichtbare in der 8X8 pixel abstraktion. ästhetisch, raffiniert hat jedes teilchen sein gewicht, öffnet ein tor zum inneren wert, dem eigenen sein.
so beginnt mein werksegment face.core 2018 mit der serie 8X8. insgesamt umfasst die serie 96, teils mehr- und vielteilige arbeiten. das thema der 8X8 pixel abstraktion wird in der weiteren werkentwicklung immer wieder in erscheinung treten.

the open work is closed, the closed work is open. my shadow shines in the light. i live my shadow and shine in the light. covered, faded out and veiled, the visible disappears in the 8X8 pixel abstraction. aesthetically, refined, each particle has its weight, opens a gate to the inner value, the own being.
this is how my work segment face.core begins in 2018 with the series 8X8. in total, the series comprises 96 works, some of which are multi-part. the theme of 8X8 pixel abstraction will appear again and again in the further development of the work.
